If a media person said that Bush senior or junior was a racist by an African American or any race for that matter would it get this much attention. So what, Glenn Beck voiced his opinion. The advertisers took one sentence and not the context or content of the one statement about Obama. Really, is Obama’s skin so thin that he has to shut up everyone who has an opinion. Instead of pulling weight and special interest groups pulling funding he should prove Beck wrong. Prove you care about America. Prove you are proud to be an American. Prove you are not racist. Prove you are listening and not retaliating against Americans.

Stopping free speech by special interest groups pulling money out of advertising just shows where the bullying is because if Beck does not stop then the threat of advertisers leaving is the consequence. The funny part is there are several others on Fox 5 news who are speaking out and Beck is the target. Why, maybe because he is telling the truth and the government does not want to be exposed. What next, threats on Beck’s life? Maybe if you answered America’s questions then Beck would not be as popular. Maybe if media covered real issues and real answers instead of personally attacking one man in the media then none of this would be necessary.

The article even states what companies want to back out like Walmart, go figure, Walmart is part of the prescription drug corporation and part of the Government Healthcare plan. I think the advertisers are part of the special interest groups and that is the only reason media covered it. Money seems to be a root that will end up destroying our country.

If Free Speech dies then so will our country.
